Spend the time exploring the most green parts of Vietnam and Laos – the Northern Hills with stunning settings of rivers, mountains and villages. You can also visit the cultural and historic capital of Hanoi and enjoy the tranquility of LuangPrabang the ancient former royal city of Laos.

Hanoi - Mai Chau (B)
Enjoy a leisure drive to Mai Chau, a beautiful village nestled in a small valley, offering stunning view to the rice fields and chance to explore the Thai culture.
Spend the afternoon to relax at your eco lodge. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Mai Chau Biking (B)
Today we enjoy a pleasant bike ride through the rice fields, watch the farmer in their daily life, take photos of small rustic houses in the village, touring around limestone cliff faces and interact with the local people en route.

Mai Chau to Vieng Xai (B)
Today we are heading to the Laos border where you will meet your Laos local guide. We then continue our drive to ViengXai, famous for the historic relics relating to the Pathet Lao during the Second Indochina War and the amazing cave system.

Vieng Xai - Sam Neua (B)
ViengXai used to be home to Communist army Indochina war, nowadays becoming a famous tourist site to visit. The caves could shelter up to 23,000 people at the same time, with an amazing system of a school, a hospital, Pathet Lao offices, a theatre, shops and bakeries…
Then we drive to Sam Neua on a pleasant road with beautiful landscape on the way.
Sam Neua - Nam Et-Phou Louey (B)
This morning we will drive to Nam Et-PhouLouey National Protected Area. Check in on arrival and spend the night in your tented ecolodge – Nam Nern Night Safari after cruising down the river spotting many rare endangered species.
Nam Et-Phou Louey– Drive to Nong Khiaw (B, L)
Get up early today to say goodbye to Nam Nern safari experience and enjoy a trek through the dense forest. You can meet the villagers during lunch and then we continue head to NongKhiaw on a 4 hour drive.
On arrival we check in your wooden bungalow on stilts overlooking the Nam Ou river.

Nong Khiaw trekking (B)
Get up early this morning to enjoy the peaceful setting on the river when new day comes. After breakfast, we start our little trekking to the 100 waterfalls. Be prepared as it might be tough sometimes but the scenery worth all the effort.
After the trek we get back the bungalow and enjoy leisure time to relax. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Nong Khiaw - Luang Prabang (B)
Say goodbye to your beautiful bungalow and we transfer to Luang Prabang today on a 3 hour drive. We can make some stops at local villages en-route. Arrive in Luang Prabang with remainder of day free at your leisure.

Luang Prabang Free Day (B)
Spend the day freely at your leisure or explore the town as your wish. You can walk along the Nam Khan and Mekong River to enjoy the brezze, taste some Lao coffee or try some street food. You can also visit some hidden temples and villages nearby on your own. Hiring a bicycle or taking a tuktuk would be most suitable way to enjoy the slow peace of life in the town.

Luang Prabang City tour by electric bike (B)
The early morning will be spent to take part in the famous traditional ritual of LuangPrabang – Tak Bat or alms giving ceremony, starting at around 5:30 AM . Long lines of monks in orange robes will slowly pass by and collect offering from local devotees and tourists.
After breakfast, your guide will take you to highlights of LuangPrabang and we can enjoy tranquil atmosphere of the town by electric bikes for the whole morning. Explore its golden temple of Vat Xieng Thong and Vat Senna, vibrant Phosi market as well as ride along the river and quiet streets of the town.
Enjoy the remaining of day at leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Luang Prabang Departure (B)
Spend the final day to enjoy the temple, taste a Lao coffee or relax at hotel before transferring to the airport for flight home. Meals on your own. End of services and see you again!
